The salon is where a theme stops looking like a mannequin. You can finish a face without Robux. The paid editor is for saved, mix-and-match makeup.
Free presets
- During a round or in Free Play, go to the vanity mirrors. Teleport to Rooms, at 150 Robux, can jump you there. VIP owners also get mirrors inside the VIP lounge.
- Pick a preset face. Expressions, eyes, and lips are bundled.
- Match the face to a skin tone at the tanning booth so the neck does not break the color.
- Toggle the nose on or off. That toggle is on the free presets.
- Add lashes or ears from the nearby salon displays, including pointed ears when the theme needs them.
Preset faces do not save as custom slots. If you rely on them, learn two or three presets you can reselect quickly.
Custom Makeup pass
The pass is 250 Robux. It replaces the preset bundle with separate brows, eyes, lips, blush, contour, freckles, and beauty marks. Eye and lip colors can be changed. Fantasy prompts that need white, blue, or another nonstandard skin are the case the guides single out, because preset foundations are built around ordinary skin tones.
Save finished faces into slots. A Pro guide's main time warning is that building a face during the countdown costs the outfit. Saved slots are the workaround that pass owners have.
| Piece | Free preset | Custom Makeup |
|---|---|---|
| Eyes and brows | Locked to the preset | Separate styles and colors |
| Lips | Locked to the preset | Separate shape and color |
| Nose | On or off toggle | Shape and shading |
| Blush, freckles, marks | Only if that preset includes them | Added per look |
| Saved slots | No | Yes |
Hair
Base hair can be stacked with bangs, ponytails, buns, and extensions. If the timer is almost gone, finish hair before handheld props. Voters notice a missing head faster than a missing purse.
Hairdye is 200 Robux and unlocks custom hair textures. The catalog description does not list every pattern. Use it when a theme depends on a texture the free colors cannot fake.
Color and cloth
After you equip a piece you can use preset swatches, a color wheel with hex entry, and materials. Named finishes include wool, knit, foil, metal, crystal white, glitter, denim, and neon glow. Recent colors help you match shoes to a top without reopening the wheel.
Some pieces ignore the wheel because the texture is fixed or only one channel recolors. Try a toggle or another material before you assume the control is broken.
The item-adjustment tool scales, raises, and rotates selected accessories such as bows, glasses, and waist pieces. Pro notes treat that tool as a normal part of styling, not a pass.
Nails have their own station, with lengths and shapes such as almond and coffin, plus color.
A fast salon order
Skin, preset or saved face, hair, then one pair of earrings or a necklace. That order is the one the rank notes recommend when time is short. Layered outfits still matter, but an unfinished face is the part they say drops the score first.
